Spring is a time of intensive work on the Malta View site - April and May brought a marked acceleration of construction work on buildings 3, 4 and 5. Here is what has been completed in recent weeks:
✔️ The foundations of buildings 3, 4 and 5 are now fully completed.
The closing of this phase has allowed work on the next levels to proceed smoothly - with a solid foundation for further construction.
✔️ The construction of the walls of the underground storey is taking full shape.
The advancement of this stage has risen to 80%. The structure of the underground garages and technical facilities is becoming increasingly clear.
✔️ At the same time, work on the floor and stairs of level -1 is progressing dynamically.
Their completion has already reached 45% - a more than fourfold increase compared to March. As a result, we will soon be able to talk about the completion of the entire underground floor.
Malta View has been consistently rising above the areas next to Lake Malta, and each stage of construction brings us closer to the final form of this unique development. More progress - already in the June diary
