Summer is approaching fast, and with it... more meters up! June was marked by intensive work on the construction of buildings 3, 4 and 5. What's going on at the construction site?
✔️ Walls of underground floor completed
The construction of level -1 is now complete - the walls enclose the underground block and prepare the ground for the higher parts of the building.
✔️ The ceiling and staircase on level -1 are gaining height week by week.
The reinforced concrete structural grid is taking shape, and the reinforcements are becoming the foundation for further levels. We are watching the underground transition into the first floor - literally.
✔️ We have started erecting the first floor.
This is a landmark moment - the first ground level of the buildings is growing day by day. The pillars and load-bearing walls begin to mark the layout of the apartments, and the whole project enters a new phase: from underground - to daylight.
With each passing month, Malta View becomes more and more clearly part of the Lake Malta landscape. We end June with a sense of time well spent - and July? It will be even more intense!
