There are no delays at the Malta View construction site – the latest phase involves parallel construction and installation work, which is clearly moving the project forward. What's new?
🔧 Buildings 1 and 2 – the interiors are beginning to take shape.
We have started work on plastering and cladding, thanks to which the walls are slowly transforming from raw surfaces into finished interior partitions. At the same time, installations are progressing – both telecommunications and electrical. New cable routes are appearing in subsequent parts of the buildings, which is gradually preparing the facilities for further finishing stages.
🏗️ Buildings 3, 4, and 5 – construction has clearly accelerated.
The ground floor is almost completely enclosed, and the structure of the buildings is now fully visible from ground level. Work has progressed rapidly upwards – the first floor has quickly taken shape, and with each new wall and ceiling, the building grows week by week. What is more, work has begun on the next level, clearly showing that the investment has entered a phase of intensive construction of subsequent floors.
Each day brings new elements, new stages, and an increasingly visible shape of the entire investment. Malta View is consistently moving forward—and we have several more months of equally intense activity ahead of us.
