Following the winter break, construction at Malta View has once again entered a more intensive phase. More stable weather conditions have allowed the construction teams to smoothly continue with the next phases of work, and progress is now visible on each of the project’s five buildings.
The most significant progress is visible on buildings 3, 4, and 5. The first-floor structure has been completed, and work on the second floor is already well underway. At the same time, work is being carried out to further shape the buildings’ structures, and subsequent floors are being systematically prepared for the next stages of construction.
The next phase of exterior work is underway on Buildings 1 and 2. Contractors are applying plaster and cladding—elements that are gradually giving the buildings their final form and making them look more and more like their intended final appearance. Earlier, key structural work has already been completed. Earthwork, foundations, the structures of all floors, and the roofs have been completed, allowing the focus to now shift to finishing work on the facades.
In addition to the work being done on individual buildings, technical, installation, and cleanup work is ongoing throughout the development site. As weather conditions have improved, the pace of work has increased significantly, which is directly contributing to the project’s adherence to the schedule and the visible progress on the construction site.
Another progress update is coming soon.
