October at the Malta View construction site was marked by one clear highlight: the construction of building 5 is in full swing and is rising at an impressive pace.
✔️ The ground floor of building 5 is practically finished.
In recent weeks, more walls, columns, and structural elements have been completed, giving the entire floor a clear, stable shape. At this point, it is already possible to imagine the future layout of the apartments.
✔️ The first floor has definitely accelerated.
Construction work has gone beyond the ground floor level—new ceilings have appeared, and more sections of walls are growing day by day. You can see how the building is beginning to take on its final height.
✔️ Second floor, work begins.
Building 5 has entered the next stage: the first elements of the second floor structure have been started. For now, this is preliminary work, but it symbolically opens a new chapter in the growing structure.
We are ending October with a clear sense of progress. Building 5 has become the star of the month, and its pace of growth is bringing us closer to the next floors and further stages of completion.
