The end of summer brought further noticeable changes to the Malta View construction site. Work on buildings 3, 4, and 5 is proceeding according to plan, and the structure is visibly rising.
✔️ The underground level is almost completely ready.
The completion of the last sections of the ceiling and stairs brings us closer to the moment when the entire -1 level will be completely closed. It is becoming increasingly clear how solidly the foundation of the entire investment has been prepared.
✔️ The ground floor is growing before our eyes.
With each passing week, the structure is gaining height—more walls, columns, and beams are forming the outline of the first above-ground level. You can already see the spaces that will become part of the investment apartments in the future.
We end September with a sense of accomplishment – the investment is growing more and more boldly above the construction site, and its final shape is becoming increasingly tangible.
