January update from the construction site

January brought a brief cold snap, which naturally affected the pace of some construction work. Low temperatures limited the possibility of carrying out certain reinforced concrete works, but construction did not stop.

Cleaning, preparatory, and technical work continued at the construction site. We carried out activities related to securing the completed stages, organizing subsequent scopes, and preparing work fronts for a return to full momentum.

The photos show that the construction site is bustling with activity—equipment is running, teams are on site, and the investment is constantly supervised. We are implementing Malta View responsibly, ensuring high-quality workmanship and structural safety.

With the improvement in weather conditions, work is once again entering a more intensive phase. The coming weeks will bring noticeable changes to the construction site landscape.
