Spring Construction Log

The past few weeks at the Malta View construction site have been marked by continued structural progress and the start of the next phases of finishing work. Month by month, the project is taking on a more defined form, and the pace of work remains brisk across all five buildings.

Buildings 1 and 2. The interiors are starting to take shape

In Buildings 1 and 2, work is currently focused on the interiors. Plastering and cladding are being applied to an increasingly larger area, giving the raw spaces a more organized, finished look. Subsequent rooms are being systematically prepared for the next stages of finishing work, which will gradually bring the interiors up to the standard seen in the apartment renderings.

Buildings 3, 4, and 5. Construction is underway

Significant progress in construction is evident in buildings 3, 4, and 5. The second floor has been completed, and the first elements of the next story have already appeared on the site. The structures of the buildings are becoming increasingly visible from the surrounding area, and with each passing week they are taking on their final scale. This is the moment when the complex’s final layout becomes apparent even to those observing the construction from Termalna Street.

Upper sections of buildings and preparation for roofing work

Work has also begun on the upper sections of the buildings. On-site, the first steps are visible to prepare the project for the next stages of roof construction and the further enclosure of the buildings. This is a significant milestone in the project, as it paves the way for finishing work on the remaining buildings.

Initial installation work

Installation work has begun in Buildings 3, 4, and 5. At this stage, the work involves plumbing and HVAC systems, marking the start of the project’s internal technical infrastructure phase. In the coming months, the scope of installation work will be gradually expanded to include the remaining buildings and additional trades.

With each passing month, the development is becoming an increasingly integral part of the landscape around Lake Malta. The construction team is now tackling the next phases, which are bringing Malta View closer to its final form, step by step. We will provide an update on further progress in our next post.
